• •Maximum Length of Stay: 29 nights
• •Minimum Check In Age: 21
• •Child Policy:
• •Children 17 years of age and younger stay free with existing bedding. All children must be accompanied by an adult of 21 years or older in the same room.
• •Extra Person Charges:
• •Reservations with total number of guests above the standard room occupancy will be subject to the additional person fee of $50 per Guest, per night.
• •Rollaway:
• •Guests requiring a rollaway bed will be subject to either the rollaway bed fee of $50 per night or the additional person fee of $50 per night.
• •Credit Card Deposit of 1st night room and tax at time of booking required. All hotel transactions are processed in USD currency.
• •Credit Cards Accepted: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express/Diner’s Club/JCB
• •Incidental deposit amount of $150 per night for standard rooms taken upon check in.

• •Cancellation Policy:
• •Cancel by 3:00 PM local time at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid one night room and tax cancellation fee. Cancellations beyond 72 hours of arrival will not incur a charge.
• •The resort fee is $62.36 per room per night.

• •Unlimited local, domestic long distance (including Hawaii and Alaska), and toll-free calls Parking:  Valet parking charges will apply for all guests.  Monday-Thursday: $35 for 24 hours Friday-Sunday: $40 for 24 hours Hotel guests will have daily re-entry ability Self Parking Rates as follows (as of 9.11.2023) 0-4 hours: complimentary for all guests 4-24 hours: $20 for non hotel guests Special event parking costs will vary

• •Smoking policy:
• •All rooms and suites are smoke free.
• •There is a $500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a designated non-smoking room. Any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room may also apply.
• •Marijuana products are prohibited in Guest rooms and throughout the resort. Violation of this policy may result in eviction and/or trespass from the Hotel.

• •Pets not allowed
