Thessaloniki is Greece's second largest city, and it has everything: ancient ruins, a lively waterfront with the White Tower, great food, and the sea within walking distance. A significant portion of the ingredients are locally sourced and organic. This isn't just a marketing point but part of the hotel's broader sustainability programme.
Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki is one of the leading congress hotels not just in Thessaloniki but across the entire Balkan peninsula. The conference centre holds up to 1,050 people, there's a large ballroom for around 1,000 guests, and a set of smaller rooms with garden views.
This covers the full range of formats: from corporate conferences to large-scale weddings. Business guests have access to a complimentary airport shuttle, fast Wi-Fi, and flexible catering.
